15th Avenue West
The proposed project
DESC is seeking funding from the City of Seattle Office of Housing to build an affordable housing development at 2626 15th Ave W, Seattle, including the vacant lot just south of this location.
Our plans include:
- Construction of a new building, starting in late 2023
- 105 studio units
- Features: affordable housing with supportive services and indoor/outdoor community spaces for the tenants
- Tenants: single adults who are living with disabilities and experiencing chronic homelessness
- Owners and operators after completion: DESC (projected for mid-2025)
Being a good neighbor is important to us.
To learn more about neighborhood interests and to provide neighbors with more details, we hosted an in-person informational meeting about this new housing development on Sept. 21, 6:30-7:30 p.m., at Interbay Place, 2208 15th Avenue West, Seattle 98119.
