The proposed project

DESC is building an affordable housing development at 2626 15th Ave W, Seattle, including the vacant lot just south of this location.

Our plans include:

  • Construction of a new building, starting in 2024
  • 105 studio units
  • Features: affordable housing with supportive services and indoor/outdoor community spaces for the tenants
  • Tenants: single adults who are living with disabilities and experiencing chronic homelessness
  • Owners and operators after completion: DESC (projected for mid-2025)

Being a good neighbor is important to us.

To learn more about neighborhood interests and to provide neighbors with more details, we hosted an in-person informational meeting about this new housing development on Sept. 21, 6:30-7:30 p.m., at Interbay Place, 2208 15th Avenue West, Seattle 98119.
