Our newest permanent supportive housing building in Rainier Valley will end homelessness for 91 people.
The Estelle is located at 3501 Rainier Avenue South, and features 91 studio units of affordable housing with supportive services and indoor/outdoor community spaces. The project will prioritize chronically homeless people living with serious and persistent mental illness and other disabilities.
The project also houses a first-of-its-kind partnership with Harborview Medical Center that brings together the advantages of both Permanent Supportive Housing and high-quality healthcare services on-site. Fifteen units in The Estelle are allocated for people exiting the hospital with healthcare needs that can’t be managed in conventional residential care systems. This will also make on-site healthcare services available to all residents in the building.
