Lake City Supportive Housing

DESC is planning to build an affordable apartment building with onsite support services for single adults experiencing homelessness.

Our plans include:

  • Construction of a new building to begin in late 2024
  • 120 studio units
  • Features: affordable housing with supportive services and indoor/outdoor community spaces for the tenants
  • Tenants: single adults who are living with disabilities and experiencing chronic homelessness
  • Owners and operators after completion: DESC
