Lake City Supportive Housing
DESC is planning to build an affordable apartment building with onsite support services at for single adults experiencing homelessness.
Our plans include:
- Construction of a new building begins in late 2024
- 120 studio units
- Features: affordable housing with supportive services and indoor/outdoor community spaces for the tenants
- Tenants: single adults who are living with disabilities and experiencing chronic homelessness
- Owners and operators after completion: DESC
